Why Mobile Notary Services?

Various businesses do not realize the potential of having a mobile notary services. Businesses outside aside from escrow, title, bank or attorney office have needs for a notary. It may not always pertain to the business itself, but for the employees.

Employees are people who, on occasion, need notarial services. Why should they give up their lunch or sacrifice company time to have their document notarized? Instead, the company can benefit by referring their employees to a local mobile notary services company like ourselves. With a simple quick phone call, we come out to your place of business and execute the document that needs to be notarized. The employee has their document notarized without missing out on lunch or work.

Since we are a 24/7 mobile notary services company, we are ready to assist. Companies who aren’t in the business of real estate, banking or legal services, should highly consider look into a local full time notary company to assist them and their employees with notary services.

Fast Notary Service does offer competitive pricing for repeat customers. Feel free to contact us!

The importance of notary memberships and directories

Notary Memberships

I’ve been a member of the National Notary Association (NNA) since I’ve started as a notary public. Notary memberships like this one have super helpful information on their website: www.nationalnotary.org .  Also, their notary hotline have saved me many a headaches when faced with difficult or trick notarizations. Though being a notary doesn’t require you to be a NNA member, it sure does help.

A mobile notary like myself have enjoyed being a member and will continue to be a member of the NNA. For those other notaries that are looking for advice on going full time independent notary publics, be sure to have your info on the following directories: www.123Notary.com , www.notaryrotary.com and www.yelp.com as they will help lead clients to your business (a virtual office and professional website/email is a must).
